Post-maternity, I realized I wanted to make a bigger impact beyond coding. I transitioned into a developer advocate role, where I could leverage my technical skills and newfound perspective as a mother to promote diversity in tech. This pivot has not only been fulfilling but has also allowed me to work more flexibly and be there for my family.
