The tech industry evolves rapidly, and so too must its anti-harassment policies. Current policies may not be adequate because they fail to evolve with changing dynamics and new forms of workplace interaction, especially in remote or hybrid models. Continuous review and adaptation of policies, in consultation with women in the industry, are essential for ensuring their protection.
