Their ability to mentor, share knowledge, and support one another helps open doors for more women to enter and succeed in the AI field. Women naturally serve as role models for other women, providing a sense of possibility and demonstrating that success is achievable. This collaborative mindset ensures that women work together to advocate for equal opportunities and influence the development of more equitable AI technologies.

Based on my experience, when I get reached out to by many wanting to break into the AI world, I make it a point to encourage them and provide the right set of resources.
