Motivation to Speak at the Conference

Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference and what motivated you to join our community of 100, 000 women in tech, minorities, and allies?

I am delighted to be speaking at the Women in Tech global conference, as exchanging with other women in the same field is something I am passionate about. Through sharing and openness, we can all learn and grow in our careers.

    Background and Inspiration

Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction?

Science has always been my area of interest. Later, I ended up in software development rather by chance. However, I am now very passionate about it as it is a fast-growing field with constant new opportunities and technical developments. There is always the possibility of growth for you.

Why is the topic “Charting Your Course: Navigating Choices in a Fast-Paced Era” important to you?

In my day-to-day work, I often see that important decisions are not made as boldly and quickly as they could be. This can lead to a loss of momentum in certain situations. I would like to encourage others to dare to make pragmatic decisions early and to revise and re-evaluate them if necessary. Because a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference and why?

I think attending such an event is recommended for all career levels. You can either learn from more experienced colleagues or exchange ideas with people at the same career level. You broaden your own horizons and continue to grow.
