    Anna J McDougall is an opera singer who transitioned into becoming a software engineer. She is currently Director, Product and Engineering at Axel Springer National Media & Tech GmbH & Co. KG 

    Anna is the author of the bestselling book "You Belong in Tech". 

    In her keynote Anna will highlight the trend of career changers in tech, emphasizing the transformative power of reskilling and the unique value diverse backgrounds bring, drawing from her experiences as a TEDx Speaker, WomenTech Global Executive Member, Google Women Techmakers Ambassador, and author of "You Belong in Tech”. 

    Barbara Salami, former VP and General Manager of Digital Commercial Technology at Moderna 

    Barbara is a highly influential digital leader in healthcare with over 20 years of successful experience in operations, technology delivery, innovation, and transformation. 

    As the former VP and General Manager of Digital Commercial Technology at Moderna, she played a pivotal role in developing and scaling the company's global commercial operations. 

    In her keynote, Barbara will guide attendees through the art and science of building resilience in their careers, offering strategic insights and lessons to navigate the dynamic professional landscape with adaptability, perseverance, and deliberate decision-making for sustained success. 

    Eliska Reznicek Dockalova, VP of Customer Experience at Kiwi.com

    Hawn Nguyen-Loughren, Managing Director, Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co 

    Hawn has extensive experience and knowledge of software architecture, software development, Scrum Lean Safe Agile Methodology, and DevSecOps with over 20 years of experience, including serving as Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture at AWS, and held multiple leadership roles such as VP of Architecture and Engineering at a Financial Institution. 

    In her keynote, Hawn is sharing her journey in the tech industry, emphasizing the challenges faced as a woman and her strategies for success, including fostering innovation and ensuring diverse representation at the decision-making table.  

    Sudha Ranganathan, Director of Product and Field Marketing at LinkedIn

    Sudha is an accomplished marketing professional with over 18 years of experience, having held positions at notable companies such as P&G, Nielsen, and PayPal. 

    Currently serving as the Director of Product Marketing for LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business, she excels in cultivating high-performing and psychologically safe teams, leveraging her skills as a trained CTI coach to unlock the full potential of individuals and teams. 

    In her keynote, Sudha will guide us through the pivotal moments of her professional odyssey, revealing the strategic perspectives and leadership expertise that have shaped her career.
