Since 2021, Constanze Hufenbecher has been a member of the Management Board of Infineon Technologies AG and Chief Digital Transformation Officer. She is responsible for the company’s overall digital transformation, including all aspects of product development, innovation management, sales and marketing as well as corporate research and development.
Born in 1970 in Ebingen (now Albstadt), Germany, Constanze Hufenbecher graduated in business administration from the University of Tübingen. She began her career in 1994 at VIAG AG. There she gained broad experience in the areas of finance, controlling and human resources. Between 2016 and 2020, Constanze served as a Member of the Executive Board (Finance, Corporate Services, VIP & Special Mission Aircraft Services) at Lufthansa Technik.
