Session: It's All About the People: Resolving Agile Delivery Uncertainties Through People Interactions
Agile transformation delivery is a story of the people working together in the same flow resonance towards the same destination. What if the delivery focus shifts from monitoring the standard scope, timeline, or budgets to also including the uncertainty of people interactions?
People skills and availability seem to take all the space and be the focal points of most leaders today, and while the people skills may be unknown, they are not uncertain. Yet, the everyday people interactions have a degree of uncertainty that directly impacts the calculated project delivery plans. Stakeholders at all levels in an organisation respond to a given situation from an individual reality experience, which increases or decreases delivery uncertainty when compounded at a project level. A good team interaction level throughout one project does not mean good interactions of the same team during another project.
Dealing with uncertainty means creating an ACCORD rhythm when working on a common purpose and objective.

Ruxandra Dariescu is an award-winning Business Agility, Performance and Growth Coach. She invented the project Deliverability™ index, part of the ACCORD Pulse™ model, the first sustainable performance coaching tool centred around people working together towards a common project delivery purpose. She understood that sustainable performance is about the team interactions rhythm, a new dimension to the traditionally exhausted views focused on tasks, burndowns, budgets or timelines. Ruxandra’s coaching programmes help business leaders understand the ABCs of the play patterns between people which can transform performance. It frees up space for exploration, passions, well-being, and, ultimately, sustainable growth.
