My talk is more motivational to help women in a very male dominated industry see that they too can achieve the heights of executive Leadership. I share my personal journey (left home at 15, dropped out of university (due to family tragedy) struggled to get recognized in my career. I am someone with no formal tech education but with the right attitude, focus and resilience I have managed to earn the position of Vice President in a pure technology role. I talk about my ego and what failures i had to experience to rise above 'myself', to learn vulnerability and above all to believe in myself.Key Takeaways
