Event Moderator: Phylecia Terrell
Phylecia is the Event Marketing Manager at Founder Institute (FI), the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator. Phylecia leads marketing projects that involve the planning, production and promotion of live digital global startup events for Founder Institute’s global network that spans across 200+ cities and 90+ countries. As FI’s key go-to-market strategy for new programs, Phylecia plays an integral role in the recruitment success of Founder Institute accelerator programs by helping to support the logistical execution of local digital event strategies to optimize local recruiting efforts across the global network.
Panelist: Christina Melling
Christina is passionate about revolutionsing the realm of employee wellbeing. Her approach is forward-thinking as she adapts the tools to address employee wellbeing with facts, behaviours and statistics to align the Employee Value Proposition with the expectations of employers’ varying demographics. Christina’s ambition is to advance the scope of solutions to address employee wellbeing via well-packaged products that are tailored to the masses and for these to allow employers to invest in the lifecycles of their employees in a way that has never been done before.

Rachel is a strategic startup & scale-up leader in B2B and B2C technologies with 12+ years in software, product & people management. Rachel’s decorated career includes being a Stanford University, Oxford of Oxford alum and Founder Institute Mentor 2021. She’s also an amateur German speaker, storyteller, a feminist, a believer in diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) and a regular speaker on topics related to Tech for Good.
Panelist: Mirjana Perkovic
Mirjana is a serial tech entrepreneur and a business mentor with both public and private sector career background. Her international work experience spans over countries like Belgium, USA, Spain, Slovenia, Croatia and Turkey. Being deeply passionate about travel, she has already traveled to over 100 countries on 6 continents. She is also fluent in six languages. While working for EU public administration, she won a digital award in London. Being a serial tech entrepreneur, led her to becoming a member of Forbes Business Council in New York, where she also writes for Forbes. She is a Benelux managing director for FI Silicon Valley tech accelerator and she also mentors other startups internationally. She currently manages two startups and sits on six startup boards. She is also a business mentor for Loyal VC, EIC, IG and USAWEC. Mirjana is deeply passionate about inspired leadership, digital transformation, startups, team building and advancement of female leaders.
