Session: Breaking Boxes and Biases: From Identity to Inclusion
We've been talking about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in companies for 50 years, but the conversation isn’t keeping up with how quickly the world is changing.
So isn't it about time we updated the conversation for our modern world?
In this talk, Kay Fabella shares why our approach to DEI needs to adapt for the future of work — and why we need to reframe our definitions of diversity in ways that resonate with tomorrow's teams.
Kay will challenge us to rethink our ideas of identity through her multi-hyphenate approach to inclusion.
Because building a better world starts with more equitable workplaces that welcome ALL of us.
