Under her leadership since 2012 INiTS was awarded several time as one of the TOP20 global university business incubators. INiTS' deeptech startups have a higher success rate, grow bigger, both in staff as well as sales and have raised much more funding on average than the average incubee of university business incubators globally.
Dr. Fialka has co-founded investorinnen.com (2013) and women in health IT (2019), two networks to foster diversity amongst investors as well as the digital health space, respectively. In both domains women are still underrepresented by far, yet need more role models to inspire women worlwide to follow their passion.
