Bio
As an innovation leader and inclusive change advisor, I invest in startups and advise companies in innovative and inclusive strategies to drive transformation for companies including AIG, Schwab, Deloitte Consulting, Blue Shield, and Kaiser Permanente. I position companies for the future by developing capabilities and new business opportunities in executive and board leadership positions with companies, start-ups, and accelerators.HIGHLIGHTS:
► Invest in startups in digital wellness with the support of Pivotal Ventures
► Advise companies on innovation, impact, and inclusion
► Launched the AIG Global Innovation Center and managing the advanced technology team
► Imagined Care Anywhere - http://imaginingcareanywhere.org/ and Managed the Kaiser Permanente Innovation Lab and Fund for Technology.
► Assessed thousands of innovations, piloted hundreds and scaled new products and services such as care anywhere apps, robotic couriers, blockchain smart contracts, artificial intelligence for self service, wearables for workers safety, mobile apps for safe driving.
