Currently serving as the Head of Technology, she's responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of technology initiatives that align with business goals.Her journey began with a university scholarship for women in STEM.
With a strong background in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and regulatory systems, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of her company. She previously held key technical leadership positions as a Software Architect, where she successfully led teams in entering eight regulatory markets in the gaming industry.
As an Enterprise Architect, Melissa brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success in architecting, developing, and maintaining complex systems that serve millions of users. Her expertise in full-stack .NET development, particularly in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server, has been instrumental in her achievements.
Melissa's proficiency in designing and implementing scalable architecture, creating robust microservices/APIs, event-driven systems, and optimizing application performance has allowed her to make significant contributions to her previous companies. Her work often involves systems subject to regulatory compliance, ISO standards, and general data protection regulations.
