The HP Consumer Subscription organization is growing the Business Planning and Insights team and looking for a Business Insights Manager to join our team.
Focus is on obtaining and interpreting data on the Consumer Subscription services business in order to support the CoE central team and Markets in delivering a best-in-class customer experience, driving channel engagement and maximizing business results.
Responsibilities:
Proactively analyze relevant business performance data to identify trends, root causes, and implications of results.
Provide actionable quantitative and qualitative insights across business efforts
Understand and determine opportunities for predictive modeling in order to optimize operations and forecast future outcomes.
Utilize and help optimize dashboards and data models
Reporting and presentation of data outcomes and recommendations
Support data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes
Be the advocate for data and analytics needs in Market/Country
Provide senior leaders/owners with actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on analytical research
University degree or masters in Statistical / econometric / numerical / engineering / computer science / analytics.
2 to 5 years work experience in a similar data analyst role and environment, preferably in marketing, sales, or advertising.
