Your day at NTT DATA

The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L1) is an entry level engineering role, required to work closely with the Technical Services Implementation Engineering team to action configurations, installations and attend to break/fix events that are deemed less complex in nature.

What you'll be doing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on Implementation and troubleshooting in Server/Storage and Hypervisor as the data center infrastructure.
• Experience with Enterprise products such as Dell, HPE, IBM or Oracle System vMware.
• Experience with managed tool , able to predict the issue , system health log alert monitoring system.
• Able to Create and review Method Of Procedure (MOP) and/or Standard Operating Procedure document (SOP) Plan and execute Change Management processes Performance Tuning of project implementation and migration plan.
• Advantage for candidate’s who able to understand Data Centre Networking and routing protocols inside the design environment.
• Experience on Managed service is preferable.
• Advantage for candidates who certified with product principles such as vMware – VCP and cloud platform Microsoft – Azure , Amazone- AWS.
• Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field
• 2-3 years of experience as System Implementation Engineer or in a similar position
• A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualise processes and outcomes
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase
• Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively • Self-motivated for driven by achieving goals.
• Can work under pressure for meeting the company’s target.
• Job commitment, team work, good attitude, friendly and outgoing personality. • Passion to lean new product technologies.
• Able to travelling local oversea
