Job Summary

The Partner Development Manager supports development of high potential growth Reseller Partners and recruitment & onboarding of new Cloud Reseller Partners. The role collaborates with Distribution and Specialist functions to activate Partners and increase NetApp's Products and Services sales, achieve sales targets and drive preference towards NetApp.

Essential Functions:
•    Onboard and activate new Cloud Partners with the expectation of developing meaningful pipeline and opportunities.
•    Maintain and deepen relationships with Partners to create increased sales opportunities.
•    Build new Cloud focused initiatives at existing Partners.
•    Orchestrates enablement of Partner sales and technical teams in line with Program requirements and Solutions Go-To-Market (GTM).
•    Develop, drive and support Partner Cloud services practices and specializations.
•    Develop and maintain sales forecasts while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
•    Support Cloud Installed Base expansion and retention strategies and tactics.
•    Collaborate with Partner’s and NetApp Commercial team to develop Partner driven Cloud business.
•    Collaborate to develop and execute CLOUD contract vehicle strategy where applicable.
•    Coordinates tactical activities to support bookings.

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation, customer service, business, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel within assigned region, working closely with Districts Managers, Sales Representatives, and Partners.
Aptitude to effectively interface and communicate at many levels within Partner companies' organization.
Good understanding of and network within the industry ecosystem (Partners, competition etc.).
Experience working with major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google) Partner programs and marketplaces.
Good knowledge of cloud technologies and business models.
Knowledge of CLOUD Cloud specific contract vehicles and certification requirements, as applicable
Experience successfully selling Cloud and Storage Management Solutions with Partners.
Experience which demonstrates a strong level of expertise in technical specifications required to sell NetApp products and services is required.

Education

A minimum of 8yrs Related Exp & A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree; or Overall Applicable Experience in related field is Desired.

Compensation
The OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $233,000 - $315,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
