Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and driven self-starter for a 6-month Renewals Specialist Internship.  As an intern, you will have an opportunity to learn how to track, manage, and land support services renewal sales. This role interacts with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, with the opportunity to present sales proposals and to conduct review of business requirements to ensure NetApp continues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Job Requirements

• Supporting Renewals Specialist team with data analytics and insights to ensure effective tracking of key renewal deals, ensuring on-time bookings and avoiding customer risk.

• Collaborating with sales teams on complex customer requirements, using customer relationship management tools to record status updates and track true reflection of expected revenue.

• Understanding the sales and customer journey for support services, delivering on key priorities in a timely manner to meet planning objectives. 

• Managing day to day activities and being accountable to Renewals Sales Leaders for important analysis tasks and sharing insights on findings.

Your Profile

• Current student enrolled at a Business School studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies or international management.

• We will also consider students from other degree disciplines as long as they have an interest in technology and sales.

• You must have the unrestricted right to work in Ireland for the entire duration of the internship.

• Happy to come into the Cork office a minimum of twice a week as part of our hybrid work culture.
