Job Summary
The Sales Analyst is a business-savvy individual with expertise in supporting Sales Business and creating KPI/Metrics dashboards. Enabling Sales Team and Sales Leadership by building Reports/dashboards / Presentation to help understand key actionable events of the customer lifecycle. This person will be an expert in both understanding the customer lifecycle, as well as designing and developing Reports & Dashboards that help businesses grow & scale.
Knowledge of Subscription-based business models and consumptions-based business model will be a plus.
This role will coordinate with Sales Ops Teams, Sales management, and other NetApp functions to understand, analyze, and improve the overall experience of Sales Metrics.
Job Requirements
Design and develop reports/dashboards.
Experiencing working in SQL, Power BI & Tableau.
Work with Sales Ops / Management / Finance teams to manage and execute requests.
Good understanding of Booking, Pipeline reporting, Forecasting and Renewal.
Education And Qualification
More Than 2 years of working experience in Sales Reporting and Analytics
Strong understanding of Sales Processes & Data.
Strong Working knowledge of Power BI is a must.
Strong working knowledge of SQL PL 300 Certified will be a Plus.
Experience in developing Reports Dashboards to showcase key insights
Collaborative personality comfortable working across many functions and teams, and engaging with senior executives
A bachelor’s degree in business management OR a master’s degree in business management is required
