The Role

Als Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager (all gender) für die DACH-Region bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Field- und Partner-Marketing-Strategien, um regionales Wachstum zu fördern und unsere Partner-Marketing-Programme zu verstärken. Diese Rolle erfordert enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Sales, Produkt und Partner-Management, um kohärente und effektive Marketing-Initiatives sicherzustellen.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Execution: Plane, führe und optimiere regionale Marketingkampagnen aus, Events und Initiativen zur Generierung von Leads und neuer Revenue-Quellen.
  • Support Partner Programs & Collaboration: Verstärke Partner-Marketing-Programme in der Region, indem du Partnern die notwendigen Ressourcen, Schulungen und Unterstützung bereitstellst sowie Opportunities für gemeinsame Marketinginitiativen und Co-Branding-Kampagnen identifizierst.
  • Performance Metrics: Erfasse und verfolge wichtige KPIs, um die Effektivität von Field- und Partner-Marketing-Initiativen zu messen.
  • Budget Management: Verwalte das Budget für regionale Marketingaktivitäten und sorge für eine effiziente Ressourcenzuweisung.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Halte regelmäßige Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern aufrecht, um über den Fortschritt und die Ergebnisse von Programmen zu informieren.
  • Event Management: Plane und führe regionale Events, Messen und Webinare durch, um Engagement und Lead-Generierung zu fördern.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7-8 Jahre Marketingerfahrung mit nachweislichem Erfolg im Field- und Channel-Marketing für B2B SaaS Unternehmen
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Marketing-Automation-Tools wie HubSpot, Salesloft, 6Sense und Salesforce.com
  • Datengetriebenes Marketing, nachgewiesene analytische Fähigkeiten und Detailorientierung
  • Erfahrung im Management von externen Anbietern und Agenturen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bist reisebereit. Du bist proaktiv im Umgang mit Problemen und Lösungen und ergreifst die Initiative, um sie zu beheben.
