The Role

  • Provide support to end users’ desktop/laptop related issues and address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking

  • Knowledge on Windows OS & MAC iOS Services & Troubleshooting

  • Walking to customers through installing applications and computer peripherals

  • Guide & troubleshoot targeted questions to diagnose problems

  • Providing technical on-site, face to face VIP IT support, within a BAU environment, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.

  • Having a fluent command over English & Hindi spoken communication skills with Client, Senior management Users

  • Technical knowledge over following platforms on client devices - Windows 7 & 10, Mac Support, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365, Skype for Business, Web based Applications, PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, hardware repair etc.

  • Must have extensive VIP & Executives level support experience

  • Responding & effective explanation of issues to customer or any questions regarding operation

    and malfunctions.

  • Advising customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction

  • Proven track record of problem ownership & resolutions, as well as working with product authority, external vendor support teams/third parties.

  • Must have a broad background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)

  • BAU, face to face IT hardware & software support experience

  • Excellent client facing experience

  • Provides end to end user support, advice and guidance around Document recovery, Emails & Personal Folder recovery, Data management, Mobile Managed Provisioning / User Support

  • Should have troubleshooting skills for resolving printer, scanner, LAN related issues and / or issues arising from TCP/IP configuration/s.

  • Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.

  • Works within a team with little supervision as an established systems/product specialist (e.g. detailed knowledge of the configuration of interlinked systems, implementing technical changes, building software regimes and contributing technically to service development) to support end users.

  • Conduct remote troubleshooting

  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs

  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional

  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests

  • Good Communication Skills, positive & service attitude & Strong Customer handling skills


Who You Are

Required Skills:-

  • Bachelor's degree in any Stream & equivalent

  • Should have Hands on Experience for on Deskside Support Services for at least 2-5 Yrs.

  • Added Advantage – MCP or MCSE or CCNA Certifications

  • Basic Knowledge on ITIL Practices

  • O365 hands-on experience

  • Basic Network & Server troubleshooting Experience
