As part of GE's IT Risk Identity & Access Management team, this individual will contribute to the definition and implementation of the next generation of Identity & Access Management tools and policies across GE. This individual will integrate with new and existing initiatives across GE Digital to drive the IT Risk & Security requirements and policies from design through implementation.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Define use cases related to the consumption of Identity & Access management services. Provide inputs to the current Identity & Access management risk assessment and identify potential gaps in the existing solutions.

• Suggest innovative approaches to mitigate existing risks in the Identity & Access management space.

• Define and operationalize ITRisk, Security strategy and policies for Identity & Access Management . Identify new technologies and solutions to accomplish to-be functionality required for the next generation of Software that GE is building (Predix, Digital Thread, Cloud)

Education Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in STEM field. This role requires 10 plus years of experience and/or 2+ years IT Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) field specifically with IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) related tools.  No Visa Sponsorship.

• 2+ years of experience with an IAM governance platform such as Saviynt (Required)

Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise:

• 2+ years of experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations, SQL and data warehousing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially experience with executive-level communications.

• Foster a collaborative and cooperative team environment, encouraging input and participation from all members. Contribute to and lead discussions and communications within the team and outside, including customers and other business units.

• Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships.

• 4+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Powershell, etc

• Experience with Unix Shell • General knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP, directories, etc.)
