Akamai Technologies, Inc. is hiring for the following role in Cambridge, MA (multiple openings): Customer Success Manager. Senior. Microsegmentation. Build innovative tailored technical solutions for customers aimed at protecting data centers and cloud networks from advanced threats. Act as main point of contact and technical resource for customer. Aggregate support issues and resolve with Akamai technical teams and the customer. Assist with deployments, expansions, transitions, etc. Raise product related issues and work with Akamai Product team to resolve. Troubleshoot on networks/OS devices using knowledge of network protocols. Utilize and apply knowledge of Unix/Linux; windows system administration; automation/configuration management; programming languages; version control systems, and other CI/CD tools. Required Qualification:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Networks, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or closely related technical project management role.

Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Networks, plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or closely related technical project management role.

Must have: Three (3) years of experience in the following: Python, HTML, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, WireShark, IDEs such as Jupyter or Eclipse, vRealize, and vCenter Networking Protocols.

Compensation:

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $147181 - $170043/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
