Another strategy by women in STEM to fight stereotypes and break barriers involves increasing their visibility and representation. By taking on leadership roles, participating in public speaking events, and featuring prominently in media and educational materials, women scientists and engineers become role models for future generations. Seeing women succeed in these fields challenges the outdated notion that STEM is not for women and inspires young girls to consider these careers.
