To genuinely unlock the full potential of women in tech, efforts must begin in the foundational stages of education. Schools and universities should foster an inclusive environment, actively encourage female participation in STEM fields, and provide resources and mentorship to budding female tech enthusiasts. Without addressing the gender disparities from the ground up, we're barely scratching the surface in realizing women's full potential in technology.
