While there is anecdotal and qualitative evidence supporting the effectiveness of STEM workshops in encouraging women's participation, quantitatively measuring their impact presents challenges. Long-term studies and consistent tracking of participants' educational and career trajectories are necessary to fully understand the workshops' role in shaping the future STEM workforce.
