Join us on International Women’s Day to hear how some amazing female leaders are inspiring inclusion in leadership within a fast paced tech environment. Embracing change, managing uncertainty and taking the accountability for helping others to grow their professional careers. We will speak about mistakes made, lessons learned and success stories that are behind great teams and excellent leaders. Patricia Giménez
Manager, Software Engineering
Patricia (Pati) is an Engineering Manager with more than 20 years in the industry. She started as a software engineer (back end) after completing a self training program run by her company at the time. After a few years programming on different asset management solutions, she transitioned to project management, then to release management and finally to software engineering management. She now leads two teams in New Relic. She is passionate about software, people and learning and has made a habit of stepping out of her comfort zone. Fun Fact: She’s returned to her mother land, Spain, after 20 years in Scotland and 5 in Ireland with husband, 2 dogs and one cat. That was a fun trip!
Gaia Flor Ludovico
Manager, Technical Account Manager
Gaia Flor Ludovico is a Manager of a team of Technical Account Managers at New Relic. She is a leader and communicator who is passionate about her work. With 7+ years of experience in Tech Sales, Gaia brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success in technology solutions implementation and customer relationship management. Before her current role, Gaia previous positions as a Solution Consultant have equipped her with a deep understanding of New Relic products and related technologies, as well as a unique ability to effectively communicate their value to clients. An inspiring coach, Gaia thrives on fostering a collaborative and diverse work environment, encouraging innovative thinking and empowering her team members to grow, excel in their roles, reach their full potential and have an impact on Company success. Her strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach and continuous commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the organization.
Maria Vidal
Manager, Software Engineering
Maria is an Engineering Manager at New Relic. She transitioned from studying Multimedia to Computer Science, driven by her passion towards the most technical stuff and the curiosity to know how software was done. While completing her studies, she started her career as a software engineer yet her inclination towards facilitation and coordination naturally moved her into a leadership position. She enjoys creating teams, refining processes, nurturing engineer growth, and empowering team members. Outside of work, she finds peace of mind in traveling, baking, and her newfound passion for pottery.
Lucia Rodriguez
HRBP and Professional Coach
Lucia has 10 years of experience working with leaders and teams in the Tech and Tourism sectors. Her past experience includes 5 years as employment lawyer and 7 years working in HR in different roles. Currently, she works as HRBP at New Relic. Lucia has, also, her own coaching business and she specializes in leadership and team coaching. As a coach, she is passionate about helping teams become the best version of themselves. She also loves empowering individuals to create and own their leadership journeys. On a personal note, Lucia enjoys reading (crime, noir) and photography. She is passionate about her family and loves traveling.
