But in order to sustain our effectiveness and happiness in the long term, it's important to prioritize self-care, work, and relationships in a balanced way. In this talk, we'll explore strategies for organizing your day into three 8-hour blocks to create a sense of balance and ensure that you are taking care of yourself, your career, and your loved ones.

Taraka Satti is an engineering leader with 20 years of experience in tech industry. She currently heads the global fintech business engineering team at Meta enabling payment experiences across family of apps (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp). She is a passionate advocate for women in engineering and has track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.
As a busy professional and mother of 2 children, Taraka knows firsthand the challenges of finding balance in a demanding career. Through her own struggles and the strategies she has learned along the way, she has developed a wealth of insights and practical tips for managing a sustainable, fulfilling life as a woman engineer and leader. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching dance to kids and volunteering at her kids school events.
