Joy Sybesma is the Founder & CEO of ScaleJOY, where they develop and deliver leadership development for CEOs, leadership teams and managers. Clients include Sonos, The Farmer’s Dog, and Linkedin to name a few! In her career, Joy has served as the Chief People Officer to two global tech organizations, and prior to that she spent over a decade in large public companies building and iterating on innovative people programs & processes. Additionally, Joy co-founded an HR consulting firm called P5 Collaborative Consulting. Joy’s true love is learning and leadership, and believes it’s her mission to help people unlock the joy of growth and realize their potential at each stage of their journey. Joy is a proud mom to two young daughters, wife to a stay-at-home-dad husband, and lives in Isle of Palms, SC.
