Bio
My name is Angela Flores- Robertson and I live in the Silicon Valley where I work as a Senior, Customer Success Manager at Palo Alto Networks. My journey in technology started humbly many years ago at a small start up where I was initially hired in the Advertising Dept but found myself stuffing DVD’s in envelopes to meet the demands of a growing company called Netflix. I would then move to several tech companies such as Cisco Systems, Xilinx, Polycom and now Palo Alto Networks. All along the way learning new skills on how to improve the customer journey regardless of the interface at these companies. DVD’s – Router/Switch Hardware- ASIC Chips/telecommunications/ CyberSecurity. My current position at Palo Alto networks has been the most exciting, rewarding position for me as we all know the critical nature of Cyber Security in these times. With the introduction of IOT – Internet of things Cyber security has become even more important because of the we have grown with the internet expeditiously (its no longer just email but your ipad, your Apple Tv any internet accesible device now potentially becomes a vulnerability for Cyber criminals.
