I started the group with 10 members and now it has grown to a group of more than 2700 amazing women from all over the globe. Within 2 years various organizations with similar interest in women in technology have collaborated with International Women in Tech group and we have successfully hosted 15 events based on various topics like Women Empowerment, Job Opportunities in IT, Mindful coaching etc. In the past year I have been invited by various CIO conferences, Panel Discussions, Technology Webinars and Judging Panel, hosted by organizations like, Inspired Business Media, Eire Dialogue Society, Teens in AI, Clevered, Progress Foundation-International conference, Transform 21- Digital Conference and Exhibition etc. to speak on topics like Quantum Computing and its Revolution, Women Leaders in Workplace, Importance of Diversity and Inclusion, AI & ML Future, Innovative Education for Sustainable Development etc. I am Mentoring a group of 60 young and dynamic kids aged 8-16 years on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and helping them shaping their future, also I am a mentor to 50 young women early in their careers and guiding them chasing their dream. I believe a successful leader is the one who help others grow without any expectations. I have been doing all these activities without any commercial aspects to it as I want each and everyone to benefit out of the experience and knowledge I share without any financial burden on them.
