The WomenTech CTO of the Year Award recognizes CTOs who have managed to lead their companies to the next level by demonstrating leadership and innovation that has elevated their products and services through technology, while celebrating diversity and inclusion. Those who receive this honor represent the role model other CTOs should strive for if they want to make a real impact.

Recognition of this award will be given in a special assembly during the WomenTech Global Awards.

The WomenTech CTO of the Year Award recognizes annually up to three honorees in recognition of their outstanding achievements as the most successful CTOs. The Award honors individuals. Nomination for the award requires a complete application profile. All nominated applications will be publicly visible. A digital award certificate is issued and a photograph of award winner will be on display on the WomenTech Network website to acknowledge that individuals’ success and to encourage other leaders to strive to achieve this prestigious award.
