Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year Award 2020

The Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year Award recognizes annually up to three honorees in recognition of their outstanding achievements fostering diversity, inclusion and belonging. The Award honors events, programs, projects and/or teams. Nomination for the award requires a complete application profile. All nominated applications will be publicly visible. A digital award certificate is issued and a photograph of award winner will be on display on the WomenTech Network website to acknowledge that individuals’ success and to encourage other leaders to strive to achieve this prestigious award.

Recognition of this award will be given in a special assembly during the WomenTech Global Awards.

Recognized contributions: Demonstrating measurable impact within the company via a diversity and inclusion initiative.

This award recognizes companies that have proactively implemented programs that stood out for their mission aligned with the WomenTech Network values and having achieved real impact that has changed people’s lives at the company, demonstrated by actual KPIs. The recipients of this award are the champions of diversity and role models for other aspiring diversity leaders.
