    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Manager with 8-10 years of sales experience in the Healthcare Communication to join our high performing team. As a Business Manager, your role will involve driving sales and expanding our market presence which will necessitate traveling across the country.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business prospects within the realm of scientific communication.  Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma marketing and medical teams, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Develop compelling proposals and presentations outlining our services, benefits, and competitive advantages. Customize proposals to address client-specific requirements and demonstrate how our offerings align with their goals.

    Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders - pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare organizations. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their communication needs and provide effective Scientific solutions. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly effectively and efficiently.

    Skills, Experience, and qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in Science/ Pharmacy. Additional qualification in Business Management will be an added advantage.
    • 8+ years of sales experience
    • Experience of working with Scientific Communication agencies will be preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proactive attitude
