We are seeking a skilled Sr. Information Systems Engineer with a solid understanding on Computer networks, Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) with administrative experience on SaaS platforms namely Okta IAM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure and Slack. Candidates should have handled new office movements with network administration including SaaS implementations and operations, audits, and have experience with Jira Software. The candidate should also have worked on Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the security team.

Work Environment:

What you'll do
SaaS Administration:
  • Strong understanding of managing cloud services namely AWS, GCP and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace tools and integration.
  • Build on existing downstream automation processes in place with Okta, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in building cost effective, efficient and secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all SaaS applications.
MDM Administration:   
  • Proficiency on MDM platforms like Jamf and Microsoft Intune especially to build, administer and monitor endpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve Okta Device Trust in a MacOS client-based environment.
  • Implement and enforce security policies on trusted devices.
Enterprise Networks:
  • Core understanding of Installing and configuring network hardware not limited to ISPs, leased lines, switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
  • Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Conducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware.
  • Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Support network-related issues impacting SaaS applications.
  • Collaborate on new initiatives with InfoSec and teams focused on Zero Trust
Security Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the InfoSec team to ensure SaaS applications, trusted devices comply with security policies.
  • Collaborating with other InfoSec teams to develop and implement network security measures.
  • Audit Participation:
  • Prepare and provide documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure all Network Handles, SaaS applications and MDM tools are compliant with audit requirements.
  • Address audit findings and implement necessary corrections.
Jira Software and ITSM:
  • Create, update and customize Jira epics, stories, projects, workflows, and fields for implementations and anything ongoing.
This role requires
  • B. Tech, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in mentioned platforms
  • Proficiency with the Cloud and SaaS applications listed above, along with a solid understanding of general networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and practices.
  • Experience with audit processes and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of Jira Software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus points if you have
  • Certifications in cloud platforms like AWS (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator), GCP (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect), and Azure (Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Relevant certifications in networking like CCNA, Network Plus (N+) and MDM tools.
  • Experience in a security-focused role or working closely with security teams.
  • Knowledge of additional SaaS tools and methodologies.
