The M365 Intune Engineer – Mobility will lead the development, configuration, testing, implementation and deployment of our future Mobility Management under M365´s Intune in GE Healthcare. The candidate will ensure highest security standards while enabling best possible user experience. Capture business operating requirements in terms of capabilities and create operating processes to enable functionality or capabilities as required. Define a process to onboard applications and publishing of those applications in the managed environment. Work with mobility team to enable Apple Business Management capabilities on GE Healthcare owned assets. Establish a support model that can be responsive to issues in the environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- The successful individual will be an experienced and strong communicator, able to interpret complex designs and architectures and work with technical instructions.
- Strong understanding and experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access Mobile Device Management - iOS and Android - Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, Android Zero Touch.
- Understand all the daily, weekly and monthly checks required to operate Intune and be able to document.
- Solutions for Monitoring and Managing Configurations.
- Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performance.
- Create designs and project estimates for technology initiatives.
- Deployment methodology understanding and alignment.
- Understand client requirements and business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
- Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff.
- Design IT systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent work experience.
Desired Characteristics:
- Ability to consult customer on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level.
- Ability to Analyze, design, and develop a software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state of the business.
- Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost, compliance, technical implications; Experience with complex solution configurations.
- Knowledgeable of full range of solution catalog within a business unit and able to discuss overall solution at depth.
- Able to lead early stage customer interactions; Guide customers as they develop confidence and comfort with approaches and integrate with their legacy tech investments.
- Possess extensive knowledge of full solution catalog within a business unit and proficiency in discussing each area at an advanced level.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and/or lead blended teams, including 3rd party partners and customer personnel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels.
- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to influence and build consensus with other Information Technology (IT) teams and leadership.
- Innovates and integrates new processes, methodologies, and technology into portfolio.
- Ability to evaluate technology to drive features and roadmaps, mapping technology trends to internal vision and strategy.
- Understands the value of change and is willing to pivot direction to embrace different ways of working.
- Able to balance value propositions for competing stakeholders and develop recommendations that meet all needs.
- Experience building scalable, optimized processes and platforms.
