To meet the needs of our clients and our growth ambition within our expertise, our Technology Strategy & Transformation team is looking for consultants to support the General Management, CIOs, and CTOs of major players in public services/industrial sectors/... in the development of their strategy and the execution of their transformation. By joining us, you will take part in rich and varied consulting missions to transform businesses and IT departments.
Your Missions:
Within "CTO Advisory & Green IT," you will work with Chief Technology Officers (CTO) to assist them in their technological and organizational transformations, with the following objectives:
- Support the IT department in its transition to public or trusted cloud
- Define the IT strategy with technological platforms to be more agile and aligned with business challenges
- Define our clients' technological strategy (Cloud & Datacenter, Big Data, Edge Computing, AI, Industrial Metaverse, IoT, DevOps, Networks, Observability)
- Support our clients in their responsible digital approach, defining the strategy, framing transformation programs, and assisting with implementation
These challenges translate into the following consulting missions:
- Define a medium and long-term strategic vision for an organization's technological infrastructure through a technological master plan, aligning technological choices with business objectives in the retail sector
- Define the transformation strategy of the IT system towards the Cloud, frame this transformation on financial, technological, organizational levels, and then steer the implementation for a global energy leader
- Conduct a strategic study to define the hosting conditions of a governmental platform with a trusted cloud provider
- Support the creation of a post-Day 1 company and define the target organization, processes, and tools of the IT department
- Define the observability strategy, assist in tool selection, launch the POC, and create the associated Business Case for a health sector player
- Define the Responsible Digital strategy for a major luxury account, frame the transformation program, and support the implementation
Your Responsibilities:
- Sales: You actively participate in pre-sales and sales (commercial prospecting, qualification of tenders and client needs, development of support proposals, etc.)
- Offer Development: You take part in the design, construction, and improvement of our "CTO Advisory & Green IT" offer
- Leadership: You supervise and contribute to the growth of our junior and senior consultants in the context of client missions as well as their internal activities (offer communities, etc.)
- Delivery: You bear the operational responsibility for the completion of missions with our clients
Recruitment Process:
The interview process generally takes place in 3 stages (HR, operational, Partner) and also includes an English test. The interviews serve to discuss your background, assess your skills and expertise, and answer your questions.

Your Profile:
- Graduated with a Master's degree, engineering school, management school, or university, you have significant experience of 5 to 8 years in a consulting firm or an IT department
- Proven experience related to cloud transformation, technological master plans, process optimization, DevOps approach, observability, IT for IT platforms, or Green IT
- Management skills to supervise younger employees and commercial development skills to present innovative solutions to clients
- A range of interpersonal skills: rigor, excellent relational sense and teamwork, oral and written communication skills, strong leadership, adaptability, analytical and synthesis skills
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Passionate about technologies, constantly monitoring, and eager to support clients on these topics
- Cloud, ITIL, SAFE certifications, and any technical skill will be an additional asset
