From my perspective, one cannot start just getting certified in many clouds. Focus on one cloud provider for at least 6 months time . Start by deploying basic resources studying with vendor's platform and then invest in other e-learning courses. Getting used to the actual platform is the only way to understand how Cloud works. Certification is the next step and it is requirement for many positions in Cloud Computing. After exceling in one cloud, you can proceed to the next cloud with the same process you followed on the next one.
