Organizations must not only have policies against harassment and bias but also enforce them rigorously. Training programs should educate employees about what constitutes harassment and bias, how to report it, and the consequences of such behavior. Creating a safe environment where women can report issues without fear of retaliation is essential for a supportive workplace.
