Current ethical considerations in tech consulting often fail to fully recognize the importance of intersectionality. Women from diverse backgrounds, including women of color, LGBTQ+ women, and women with disabilities, face unique challenges in the industry. Ethical codes need to be explicitly inclusive of these diverse experiences to ensure all women are protected and promoted equally. Currently, the lack of intersectional awareness in ethical guidelines leaves many women at a further disadvantage.
