The current state of tech consulting ethics, with regards to protecting and promoting women in the industry, is in a period of significant evolution. Conscious efforts are being made to address systemic issues that have historically marginalized women. However, despite these efforts, there is still a considerable gap when it comes to achieving true gender equality. The ethical codes and practices in place often lack specific mechanisms for enforcement, and many firms are still catching up with implementing inclusive policies that actively promote women.
