Addressing Gender Bias in International Tech Standards

International tech standards have traditionally been established without deliberate focus on inclusivity, particularly regarding gender. This lack of focus has inadvertently perpetuated gender bias, as standards often reflect the perspectives and experiences of their predominantly male creators. Awareness is growing, and efforts are being made to include more women in the standard-setting process, thereby enhancing inclusivity.
