Susana Pastor
Global IT Barcelona Hub Manager. Nestlé
Susana Pastor is a Computer Engineering professional with over 23 years of proven experience in the technology field and project and operations management. Throughout her professional career at Nestlé, spanning 23 years, she has held various positions in different countries, all related to technology. Appointed as the Director of Nestlé's Global Technology Hub in Barcelona since 2021 with more than 700 employees, Susana leads initiatives related to talent attraction, development, and retention. From the tech hub in Barcelona, we drive and accelerate the company's digital transformation. Nestlé is the world's largest food and beverage company.
Africa Real
R&D Director Large Format Printing Business, HP
Africa Real holds a Telecommunications Engineering Master's degree from the Universidad Politecnica of Catalonia and a Master in Marketing and Sales Management from ESIC Business School. She began her career at Sony Spain while studying, later pursuing her final thesis at Fraunhoffer Institute, Stuttgart. Working at Ericsson EuroLab in Germany, she focused on mobile network technologies. Returning to Barcelona in 2003, she joined HP Large Format Printing in various roles, now serving as R&D Director. With expertise in Quality, Program management, and Software Solutions development, Africa is known for her drive, customer-centricity, and advocacy for agile methodologies.

Anabel León is a Telecommunications Engineer from the UPC and has a master's degree in Information Technology Management from La Salle. With more than 25 years of experience in the information technology sector, since 2008, her professional career has been linked to the Pharmaceutical industry, where he has held different positions within the IT department. Over the last years, she has been focused on Digital & Omnichannel, accelerating digital transformation, exploring new digital business models, and empowering business transformation. Anabel has also implemented intrapreneurship programs, cultivating mindset change and building ties with the local external ecosystem of innovation, helping to develop internal and open innovation strategies.
Diana Gámez

Diana Gamez holds an Artificial Intelligence Master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh. She began her career 8 years ago, working for different companies in multiple countries. Through her professional path at SEAT:CODE, she has grown from individual contributor to reach to Technical Director.
