Susan Wojcicki has been in the tech industry for over 20 years and currently is the CEO of YouTube, which has 2 billion monthly users. She was hired in 1999 as Google employee #16 and worked on everything from AdSense and Google Analytics to Google Books and Google Images. Wojcicki became Google's first marketing manager.
In 2006, she advocated for the $1.65 billion acquisition of YouTube. Before Google, Wojcicki worked in the marketing department at Intel and as a management consultant at Bain & Company.
Susan is a strong advocate of paid parental leave. Together with her husband, she has 5 children and is often quoted talking about the importance of finding work-life balance.
