Session: Leading with Curiosity
As a kid, I used to go on road trips with my dad. They were usually 4-5 hours car rides passing through many small towns and countryside in India. I got to see interesting things during the trips; there were always activities happening on the sides of the road (even highways) and in the towns.
I was always inquisitive and used to ask many questions.
Even as adults, our key to success is to stay curious, challenge the status quo, learn, and create opportunities. Success is not a destination; it is a journey where you continue to move forward to achieve the next thing and realize the next dream. Sometimes we get impatient during our journey, but the key is staying focused, being creative and open-minded.
