There is no greater professional development tool than that of Mentoring. For centuries the power of mentoring has enabled successful leaders to transform their careers, break through innovation barriers and perfect their leadership styles.Are you considering being a Mentor, or wondering if working with a Mentor will help you reach your career goals? In this session I'll learn about the true Power of Mentoring and how by being either a Mentor or Mentee can help you shape your career and reach your goals.
Bio
I love to create a climate where women can grow and inspire others as well as get the advice and support they need... and most importantly - have their voices heard. Personally, I am deeply passionate about the Power of Mentoring. Totally aware of the demands that come with balancing a career and family, and I love to show women how to promote themselves in business and in technology. Over the last few years, I've helped a number of start-ups and scale-ups grow their business, establish strong female workforces and build thriving diverse environments. My expertise includes taking small teams to international heights, creating campaigns that cater to female audiences and building graduate programs aimed at female students. In 2017 I was nominated for a Woman in Tech award in the Diversity Category. Proud mother of two, an advocate for women in business, a total geek and techie at heart. I believe that NO is a full sentence and I live by the motto "Never underestimate the power of a positive mind".
