I'm Daniela Herrera, an award-winning ED&I Professional with 17+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruitment, Leadership, and People Management. I am committed to building cultures that attract and retain talent from historically excluded communities; constructing strategies that foster inclusion and belonging; and processes that minimize biases.
