Hello, I’m Chantelle, a results-producing executive with extensive global experience in Financial P&L Leadership, (Sales, SaaS Models, Recurring Revenue, Operations, and Services). I’m known as a transformation architect and respected for my belief in having the right people in the right roles, whose mission is to contribute to the customer experience while driving compliant growth and profitability.Currently I am Chief Financial Officer at AspenTech, a leading software provider in asset optimization, helping our customers solve the dual challenge of increasing standards of living in a sustainable manner. I have 15 years of global industrial experience within General Electric and 8 years of Sales, Software and Customer Experience at Cisco in the Silicon Valley Technology industry. As an innovative thinker, I have demonstrated success by developing and seamlessly executing financial strategies in complex organizational structures. In 2021, I was recognized by DiversityFirst as a Top 50 Financial Leader, recognizing my efforts in the diversity areas of both gender and ethnicity. I was recognized with the YWCA Silicon Valley Tribute to Women Award in 2018 for both excellence in Finance and significant contributions to Silicon Valley executive leadership. This is one of my most cherished achievements. In 2019, Cisco awarded me the honor of the Multiplier Effect award which recognizes the promotion and proximity to diverse employees.
