A consolidated career with more than 30 years of activity in the Business/Commercial – Sales and LoBs Head of Brazilian and multinational companies of Information Technology and Telecommunications segments such as Accenture, Oracle, IBM, Deloitte, Nokia, AT&T, HP and EDS, with vast experience in several areas of application, with customers on Finance, Health/Life Science, Telecommunications, Media and Energy/Utilities sectors.
Experience in business unit management (P&L), leading teams of up to 400 professionals, including Directors, Senior Managers, Coordinators and Sales Analysts, Delivery and Sales areas; management of a budget of approximately U$ 500 million, and reporting to Global Heads and to the local Managing Director
Leadership of high-performance multicultural and multifunctional teams with excellent analytical skills and result focused; easy communication and persuasion abilities to develop partnerships and commercial agreements with good return to shareholders. strong knowledge of business principles, including finance, marketing, and sales.
Experience in structuring and implementing new operations (start-ups) and/or business units (BUs) to explore new services / markets and/or to reposition business through growth in new areas, redefinition of the organizational structure (sales and solutions), establishment of strategies for products and services suited to the business units (BUs), creation of ecosystems and strategic partnerships.
