Digital Personalization Specialist
You are an individual who is excited by digital and how this interacts with customers. You have a strong understanding customer/user journeys and digital experiences and ways that AI can optimize and support the business strategy and demand generation process. You believe the customer is King and put the customer center of everything you do. You’re able to understand the analytics of a site, understand how to interpret results and offer recommendations of how we could improve or roll a personalization strategy. You have a good understand of how to interpret personas, customer/user journeys and build customer stories that work with AI tools such as drift chat and how this can be adjusted to maximize and optimize results. You will be a new and critical part of the web and SEO team at SUSE as part of our Digital Excellence department.
Day to day role
- Support the implementation of the drift AI chat platform and understand how to optimize the existing playbook journeys as well as create new ones to optimize the drift platform
- Create and modify content for playbook journeys help maximize lead flows and assist in prospect journeys
- Implement and run training to relevant sales teams and answer sales questions and interpret their experiences into optimizing the drift platform and playbooks
- Work with other teams to make sure that the drift platform is processing and operating correctly as well as implementing new integrations/connections where required
- You will work on the personalization strategy with the head of the Web SEO team to develop targeted and personalization experiences on SUSE.com
- You are able to leverage technology, data and content to deliver results through the website and other tools
- Coordinate and collaborate with SMEs in experience performance strategy and planning, optimization, personalization to delivery demand generation goals and prospect/customer experience across our online platforms
- Review results to determine next steps: further testing or an adoption recommendation with impact projection.
- Maintain knowledge of technical capabilities to leverage tools.
- Meet measurable goals: velocity and on time delivery of projects and strategy deliverables.
- Develop personalization specifications and requirements.
- Identify initiative roadblocks and escalate as needed.
About you and what type of skills you’ll need:
- Experience in online, digital marketing type role critical and the ability to create content
- Must be extremely customer centric, service oriented and understand the selling process
- Have an understanding of marketing principles personas, journeys, prospect touch points etc
- Experience in an online chat implementation, and story writing a benefit
- Technologically savvy and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Exceptional written communications skills and ability to use words increase engagement
- The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer-centric roles
- BA in Business or marketing or Communications or English
