We are looking for a dynamic team player with phenomenal
people skills to assists real estate investment, asset & property
management and developers implement and support Yardi software as their
solution for financial reporting by working with our team of developers,
project managers, account managers, and others.

What you will do

  • Ensures program’s designs meet requirements by
    working closely with the team that defines financial requirements.
  • Fosters strong client relationships by providing the highest level of client satisfaction. 
  • Helps our clients determine the best ways to fit their business model into our application by testing and documenting their requirement needs.
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
  • Gather accounting requirements for system, configure
    accounting system with client, test financial reports, invoices and
    transactions.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting,
    Finance, Math, or software development or other equivalent degree or experience
    in the property management industry.
  • 3 – 5  years of exposure to property operations,
    including accounting and lease management Prior experience working with
    ERP systems.
  • Experience in software training and
    implementation.
  • Confidence and the ability to positively
    influence clients, peers and management.
  • High comfort level troubleshooting and problem-solving
    issue.
  • Strong understanding of SQL dB and reporting
    tools, Understanding and technical skills of Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.
  • Critical thinking skills – you are strategic and
    are comfortable challenging assumptions and recommending the implementation of
    new ideas and strategies.
  • Language requirement- Japanese & English
